Grosvenor place great importance on the recruitment and training of staff. This investment in our staff ensures that a consistent high quality of service is achieved.

We own fully functional and moderated training facilities.

Grosvenor training programme includes but is not limited to the following courses:

• Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Courses
• Courses Train the Trainer
• All aspects of Safety in the Workplace
• Manual Handling (basic)
• Infection Control
• Chemical Competence

We adapt our training programmes to suit the environment our staff is coming from.

All training takes place in accordance with our Quality Procedures, Work Procedures and in line with BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) training manuals. Our work procedures cover all aspects of work we currently carry out on site.
